Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the produce industry’s leading product experts, Software Developers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Database Managers, and professionals from Administrative, Sales, and Professional Services teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Famous Software products
- Provide computer and network support to a high-tech administrative and programming teams
- Configure, install, and relocate computers, peripherals, and telephones
- Administer Microsoft Exchange systems
- Support staff with all applications within the Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist the Network Services team in maintaining firewalls and antivirus software
- Perform physical tasks necessary to install and maintain office equipment
- Assist with classroom setup, video projection, and other presentation tools
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Fluent with all applications and software within the Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity devices and protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn from hands-on experience and team collaboration
- Ability to apply learned concepts to broader scenarios
- Willingness to actively contribute to a team environment
- Strong motivation, time management, and organizational skills
- Passion for new technologies and attention to detail
