This position will give you the opportunity to work with some of the produce industry’s leading product experts, Software Developers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Database Managers, as well as Administrative, Sales, and Professional Services teams.

Role and Responsibilities
- Gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Famous Software products
- Provide computer and networking support to a high-tech administrative and programming staff
- Configure, install, and move computers, peripherals, and telephones
- Administer Microsoft Exchange
- Assist staff with Microsoft Office applications
- Assist Network Services staff with firewall and antivirus maintenance
- Lift, bend, reach, and carry in order to perform office equipment installation and maintenance
- Assist with classroom setup, video projection, and other presentation tools
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or experience in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft workstation and server operating systems
- In-depth understanding of security devices, software, and procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn from your work and from those around you
- Ability to generalize what you have learned
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a cooperative team environment

At this time, Famous Software does not offer relocation packages. Additionally, telecommuting is not an option for this position.
