Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to leverage your service and technical expertise to help customers maximize their investment in our software. The Professional Services team handles all software implementations and customer support inquiries. Following comprehensive training in our Famous Academy, you will use your strong communication and presentation skills to support customers via telephone, email, and online tools such as LogMeIn and modern Customer Relationship Management systems. As you gain experience, you may also have opportunities to lead consulting projects, deliver in-person training, and travel. A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all Famous Software products
- Stay updated on new product lines and software releases to educate customers effectively
- Conduct training for new software implementations and add-ons, both on-site and through virtual platforms
- Provide customer support via email and phone
- Record and manage customer information securely using our CRM system
- Use tools like Smartsheet and Lucidchart to create and document project plans and workflows
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries
- Develop tailored business solutions to address customer needs
- Deliver software and process consulting services aligned with your skill level
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting business workflow documents
- Advanced computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Effective problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to resolve customer issues accurately
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Interest in learning new technologies
- Willingness to travel domestically and to Canadian markets
- Valid driver’s license and passport for Canadian travel
